Academic Support

Homework Help

Homework is a before school program designed to give students a place to work on schoolwork and/or get some help with work if needed. We currently run Homework Help on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 7:00-7:55 am. Some of our outstanding support staff run this program and are here to serve!

Saturday School

Saturday School is offered roughly two times a month from 8:00-11:30 for students who have been encouraged to attend or students who choose to attend. The focus is on getting caught up on school work. A minimum of two teachers work Saturday School, and a light breakfast is provided to students. This has been a great program for helping students get caught up on work in a quiet environment.

Targeted Services Afterschool Program

Targeted Services is a state-funded program that offers additional learning opportunities for academically targeted students. Targeted Services learning opportunities/programs are purposefully designed to build academic skills. Our programs provide small group classes with low student to teacher ratios so that students can receive individualized assistance based on individual student need. Students are identified as needing additional help to reach grade-level criteria according to standardized tests and in class assessments.
